Why is Superior Wines, superior? Because each and every facet of our organization is geared to bring to you, our clients, the very finest that the world of wine has to offer.
It is
our mission to search the globe, to procure for our clients, those wines that fit the magical equation: quality and affordable price. Many of the wines that we procure are produced from small growers and producers, and are exclusive to Superior Wines. Whether your preference is the magnificence of Barolo, the elegance of Brunello, the full body Nero di Avola of Sicily, or regions in between, Superior Wines is there.
Our President and wine director, Aldo F. Popolani, was born in Florence Italy forty-five years ago. He has an intimate knowledge of Toscana, and various other wine regions of Italy, as well as a palate that is unsurpassed. Over the years he has built up relationships with the growers and the producers of these regions, and has an intimate, as well as a professional relationship with these proprietors. Our portfolio at present is approximately ninety-five percent Italian, with a sprinkling of South African, Australian and Californian wines as well. Rest assured that if we believe that a particular region, or a specific wine, will please our customers, we will be there.
When Superior Wines came into being in November of 2002, it was our mission to provide our clients not only with a superior range of wines to select from, but to offer our clients support in many of the subsidiary facets that accompany wine selection.
